Mike has spent the last 29 years as an Organizational Leader, including the last 15 as the Lead of a large non-profit in Seattle, WA. This provides him a rich store of empathy, where, according to the Celtic tradition, Mike can be a gracious soul-friend to those shouldering leadership burdens. Having logged over 10,000 hours of Public Speaking, Mike has coached (both in one on one settings and from the stage) hundreds and thousands of leaders.
